Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and give us accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Contractor accounts are reviewed before they can receive leads; we may approve, decline, or remove Partner status at our discretion.

What the Service provides

DreamScapes creates AI-generated design concepts, plant suggestions, and rough material estimates, and can pass your quote request to independent local contractors. Designs are concepts for inspiration and planning — not engineered drawings, surveys, or construction documents. Read our AI Disclosure.

Contractors are independent

Partners are independent businesses, not DreamScapes employees or agents. Any estimate, contract, deposit, or work is between you and the contractor. DreamScapes does not guarantee a contractor's work, pricing, licensing, insurance, or availability. Verify licensing and insurance and get a written contract before work begins.

Purchases and tokens

• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Design tokens and paid features are for use on your account and have no cash value.
• If a paid generation fails on our side, we return the token automatically. For other billing issues, contact us support@getdreamscapes.com and we'll work with you in good faith.
• Contractor subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from your billing settings.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give DreamScapes a limited license to store, process, and display them to operate the Service (including sending them to our AI provider and, when you request quotes, to Partners). If you post to the community gallery, you allow us to display that post publicly until you ask us to remove it. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and no photos of people without their permission.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or bypassing rate limits or security.
• No misuse of homeowner contact information received through leads (use it only to respond to that request).

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, DreamScapes disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for work performed by contractors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid DreamScapes in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact
